The lobby was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it inviting for gathering. The staff were very attentive, assisting me with my luggage and making me feel comfortable during my stay.

However, our room had a significant amount of dust and some cleanliness issues, which affected our comfort. Despite that, the location was great for our visit and the breakfast staff was lovely.

I felt so at home in the spacious King Study Room! The continental breakfast was a delicious highlight each morning, with plenty of options including warm pancakes and crispy bacon. The staff, especially the young gentleman at the front desk, were genuinely kind and made check-in a breeze!

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in Windsor, where the spacious lobby and the friendly staff. The breakfast had a great variety, allowing us to fuel up for our road trips. A slight odor in the bathroom caught my attention.

Comfortable beds and good breakfast, but the pool was closed during our stay.

The location is quite convenient, just a couple of miles from the Ambassador Bridge.S. Easy. Rooms are clean, comfortably air-conditioned, and the beds offer a decent night's sleep.

There are a few quirks to note. The maid service requires a request, which is a bit unusual. I found scheduling them to come often led to awkward timing, like when my child was napping. Some rooms have oddities like a toilet paper holder positioned in a less than ideal spot, and the common areas could be cooler, especially in May when warmer comfort would be appreciated. Lastly, the breakfast area tends to feel cramped, forcing some guests to dine in the lobby during busy hours.

Had a nice stay! Location was perfect, tons of food options just a short walk. The breakfast was awesome with so much variety—fresh fruit, waffles, you name it. The pool was always open, which was a nice plus. Just wish the furniture had been a bit more updated in the room.

It was just a good pick for a city break in Windsor with great value for money. The first night we did not have hot water and were just told to run it till it might get warm. Make sure to ask for housekeeping upfront.
